Caring. Compassionate. Driven.
About
Zachary Bregman (Zach) brings a unique blend of empathy, real-world experience, and legal knowledge to his family law practice. Having faced family law-related challenges firsthand—and having worked closely with children, families, and state agencies—Zach approaches each case with deep perspective and compassion. His goal is to truly understand what his clients are going through and advocate for them with the respect and care they deserve.
Originally from South Florida, Zach earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida, where he majored in Political Science with a minor in Legal Studies and a certificate in Diplomacy. During his time at UCF, he held several leadership positions, including Chair of the Judicial Board and Head of Judicial for all fraternities on campus. He later earned his Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law Houston, graduating magna cum laude and receiving multiple Dean’s List honors as well as the Susan Scoble Award for his community-focused volunteer efforts.
Zach’s passion for family law took root during his internships—first with the Harris County District Attorney’s Office in the Crimes Against Children Division, and then with a dedicated family law firm. These experiences helped him discover that family law gave him the opportunity to be proactive and make a lasting impact, particularly when it comes to protecting the best interests of children—a standard he strives to uphold in every case.
At the firm, Zach thrives in a collaborative environment where transparency, communication, and teamwork are paramount. He believes in a client-centered approach, where the legal strategy is guided not just by his experience and insight, but by a clear understanding of each client’s goals and family dynamics.
Zach became a licensed attorney in October 2024. Outside of the office, he enjoys playing hockey, watching sports, and traveling with his fiancée. He is proud to call Houston home and is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of the families he serves.
